I doubt it will come as a surprise to anyone that the Shoei Spirit is a truly fantastic helmet. At this price, there’s no excuse for anything less.
For me, the Shoei Spirit is worth the extra money over related helmets because of the reduced weight and the aerodynamics. It just means you feel less aware of the fact that you have a helmet on. At high speed, the difference is very noticeable.
